Simple and Surgical Extractions
Extractions are performed for teeth that cannot be saved, either due to extensive damage or due to position. This also includes more complex cases such as impacted or semi-impacted wisdom teeth, as well as impacted canines, with an emphasis on minimal stress for the patient.
Bone Graft Placement
When there is bone loss in the jaw area — usually after extractions or due to periodontal disease — the use of grafts (autologous or synthetic) allows the area to be regenerated, preparing the ground for future implant placement or improved soft tissue support.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are a reliable and long-lasting solution for replacing missing teeth. They are placed with precision and respect for the surrounding tissues, ensuring stability, functionality and natural aesthetics.
Sinus lift is a specialized procedure performed when there is not enough bone in the upper jaw to safely place implants. This procedure involves lifting the sinus membrane and placing a bone graft to create the appropriate bone volume and height. This technique allows for reliable and stable support of implants in areas with limited bone adequacy.
When gums recede and the root of the tooth is exposed (recession), it can cause sensitivity and aesthetic problems. Using a gum graft — usually from the palate — we strengthen the tissue and cover the root. The treatment offers protection to the tooth, reduces sensitivity, and improves the appearance of the gums.
